jazz-age jazziness

there is not a fashionable bone in my body, but i can’t deny the draw of the sartorialist’s photo collage in the sunday new york times.  while its true it’s completely dominated by tiny women wearing quirky hats the size of cuba and gobs of monochromatic thousand dollar necklaces walking rats/dogs or standing near vintage bicycles, it’s still good times.

ANYWAYS, the sartorialist has just posted a few black-n-whites from a party on governor’s island.  i am not usually a fan of colorlessness, but these photos wouldn’t be the same if the weren’t.
